1. Introduction
By using CleanShift Services, you agree to the terms below. These terms govern your access and use of our coordination platform.

2. What We Do
CleanShift is not a cleaning company. We are a smart coordination platform that helps you book freelance cleaning professionals based on your needs. All cleaners listed on our platform are independent service providers. CleanShift does not employ, manage, or control these cleaners.

3. Booking & Payment
All bookings are confirmed only after full payment through our platform.
Prices include coordination and platform usage fees.
Once booked, you’ll receive confirmation and cleaner details via email or SMS.

4. Service Delivery
All cleaning is performed by third-party freelancers.
CleanShift verifies cleaner identity and background but does not supervise their work.
You are responsible for granting the cleaner safe access to the job location.

5. Liability Disclaimer
CleanShift is not liable for:
Damage or loss of property during cleaning
Cleaning quality or unsatisfactory results
Accidents or injuries that happen during the job
If there are any issues, you’ll need to resolve them directly with the cleaner.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the job are non-refundable.
Refund requests for no-shows or disputes will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Platform Use
By using our platform, you agree not to misuse it or bypass CleanShift to engage freelancers outside the system. This protects both our users and cleaners.
